Reagan Wagoner serves as our Lead Pastor, overseeing the mission and vision of Grace Point Fellowship through teaching, leading and developing our staff, and casting vision for each of our ministries. Spencer Walters serves as our Pastor of Leadership Development and Men’s Ministry, helping lead the men of Grace Point in a growing relationship with Jesus and creating discipleship opportunities for leaders and families. Pastor Spencer loves spending time with his wife, Gina, and their daughters, Ivy and Finley, a fresh cup of coffee, a good book, and spending time outdoors.

Corey Flynn serves as our Student Pastor, working with our Middle and High School Students. Corey is passionate about seeing students come to know the grace of God in a real way and experience a growing relationship with Jesus. Pastor Corey enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren, and their 3 girls. He loves to play softball, cheer for the Reds, and long road trips to new places.

Paul Bilunka serves as our Local Missions Pastor, focusing on engaging our community with the good news of Jesus and creating tangible expressions of God’s grace by leading a team of passionate servants we call the Grace in the City Team. This team focuses on our benevolence ministry, homelessness, local outreach, community projects, and partnership with other local non-profit organizations. Paul and his wife, Linda, have been married for 49 years and have 5 children and 6 beautiful grandchildren. Paul enjoys reading, watching the Cleveland Browns, and playing his bass with the worship team.

Rob Ricks serves as our Young Adults Pastor, working with recent high school graduates, college students, and young married couples and singles as they grow in their relationship with God and navigate the challenges unique to this season of life.

Pastor Adrian grew up in Bolivia, and went to college at Rio Grande Bible College. He is passionate about reaching families that speak Spanish, teaching English as a second language, and looks forward to launching Grace Point Español in 2025.

Pastor Devin is our Teaching Pastor at the campus in Hunter. He is married to Morgan, and they have 6 incredible kids! He graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Biblical Theology. After 20 years of youth ministry, Devin has decided to transition into the teaching pastor role because he is passionate about helping people see who the real Jesus is through the whole story of the Bible. Devin believes that the Word of God is useful at all times and is available to all people to point them toward the heart of God. He is excited to play a small role in what God is doing through Grace Point at both campuses!

Heather Wagoner serves as the Director of Worship and Women’s Ministry, leading our worship team each week to create an environment where our church can worship in spirit and truth. Heather also leads our Women’s Ministry, investing in and equipping women to use their unique giftings to advance the kingdom and help others know the grace of God. Heather has been married to Pastor Reagan Wagoner for 18 years and has 4 beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, and having quiet time with a good book and a cup of coffee.

Everitt Townsend serves as our TC Coordinator who ensures smooth operations for Sunday morning services by working closely with the tech team. He manages our social media and website, creating engaging content and keeping both platforms up-to-date. Everitt combines his expertise in technology and communications to enhance the community’s experience both online and offline. His dedication and innovative approach help maintain a vibrant and connected community. His favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6

Chelsea will be responsible on Sundays for our Birth-5 year olds, keeping them safe and secure on Sundays and helping them to know God loves them from an early age.

Brittani will be responsible for our K-5th graders, helping create fun and exciting learning environments for our elementary kids so they can know Jesus now! This includes Gracekidz Church on Sunday mornings, FlightPath on Sunday nights, and special events for kids!

Jen serves as our Executive Assistant and has been an active part of the Grace Point community for over three years. During that time, she has faithfully volunteered in a variety of roles before officially joining our office team in April 2025. Jen is passionate about supporting our pastors and staff in any way she can and is excited to bring her background in HR to enhance our ministry. Outside the office, she enjoys quality time with her family and their three golden retrievers, tending to her flowerbeds, and relaxing by the pool.

Malaki Young serves as our Media Producer and Tech Assistant, partnering with our worship team to create space for others to worship God together. Malaki manages our video production by working with our Tech Team each week and works on video projects in between. Malaki loves to play drums and make videos in his free time.

Our Leadership Team at Grace Point Fellowship is made up of servant leaders who have demonstrated an abiding relationship with Jesus, a commitment to serving his Kingdom, and a desire to see others come to know the grace of God. Each of them serve in a variety of capacities, working with our GraceKidz, leading Grace Groups, Marriage Counseling, Men’s Ministry, and so much more. Each of them also serve as members of our Pastoral Counsel Team, helping us make wise decisions and steward our resources effectively, that others might come to know the grace of God and become passionate servants of Jesus.
